Easy Foie Gras Stuffed Figs Recipe

Ingredients :

– 120 g of fresh foie gras
– 12 figs
– 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
– ½ teaspoon of allspice
– Salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Wash the figs and cut the caps, set aside.
2. Cut the flesh of the fig into 4.
3. Cut the foie gras into large cubes.
4. Salt and pepper.
5. Put a large cube of foie gras in each fig and place the caps.
6. In a bowl mix the vinegar and maple syrup with the 4 spices, salt and pepper.
7. Pour this sauce over the figs.
8. Place in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°.
9. Moisten well with the sauce throughout the cooking time.
