Sit in a quiet space away from any disturbances, such as television or radio. Prepare your colored pencils, take out your mandala book or print a mandala from the internet. That’s not what’s missing. Take a pencil in hand and delicately color one space of the mandala, then another and another. You are in another dimension, away from space-time, far from the worries and worries of everyday life. Alternate the colors as you wish, only your mind will guide you throughout your work.
