February is the month of pancakes and donuts.

Be careful to eat a balanced diet with seasonal vegetables and fruits and stock up on vitamins to be in shape this winter.

Stew carrots or make potato gratin. Citrus fruits are always in season so don’t hesitate to eat them.

For cheeses, a good raclette with friends or family. you may prefer a tartiflette, these two dishes will warm you up on winter evenings. On Sunday you will be able to cook a roast pork or a chicken pot. If you prefer fish,

you have the choice from the list.

Banana, apple, orange, pear, pomelo, tangerine and exotic fruits.

For the vegetables you will enjoy:

The lawyer, carrot, potato, fennel, onion, lamb's lettuce, celery, cabbage, spinach, leek, curly salad and Jerusalem artichoke.

Cheeses are also seasonal like:

The Beaufort, Cantal, Emmental, Gruyere, Raclette, Reblochon, Vacherin.

And for proteins:

Beef, rabbit, sheep, pig, chicken. And fish: sea bass, cod, gray sea bream, sole, pollack, oyster, red mullet, plaice, herring, monkfish, whiting.
