Ingredients :

– 100 g caster sugar
– 60 g of flour
– 40 g of butter
– 2 egg whites
– Vanilla

Preparation

1. Whip the egg whites until stiff.
2. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla, melted and lukewarm butter to the egg whites delicately so as not to break them.
3. On a plate, put baking paper and with a pastry bag make sticks 5 cm long.
4. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and peel them off immediately.
