Easy gluten free pizza recipe

Ingredients :

– 1 cauliflower
– 1 half glass of olive oil
– Garlic
– Salt and pepper
– 1 large handful of fresh basil
– 2 eggs
– Grated cheese
– Garnish tomato coulis, pepper, mushroom, salmon, tomato………

Preparation

1. Mix the raw cauliflower.
2. Put this mixed cabbage on a plate spread it well and salt, put the plate in the oven for 25 minutes thermostat 6.
3. Put the cabbage in a tea towel, mix well to remove the water.
4. Empty everything into a salad bowl and add half a glass of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, 2 eggs and 1 small ramekin of Emmental cheese and the basil.
5. Mix everything.
6. Put this preparation on a plate with baking paper.
7. Flatten with your hands and make 2 round pizza bases.
8. Bake for 20 minutes thermostat 6.
9. When it comes out of the oven, garnish the bottoms with what you like tomato coulis, pepper, mushroom, tomato, salmon, basil and grated emmental cheese.
Place in the oven for 7 minutes.
