  • 200g couscous semolina
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 can of natural tuna (about 150g)
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • The juice of a lemon
  • A few sprigs of parsley and mint
  • Salt and pepper

Step-by-step preparation for a stress-free production:

  1. Semolina preparation: Pour the semolina into a large salad bowl. Add the same volume of boiling water, cover and let swell for 5 minutes. Then fluff the semolina with a fork.
  2. Preparation of vegetables: Meanwhile, wash and dice the cucumber, tomatoes and red pepper. Drain the tuna.
  3. Assembling the tabbouleh: Add the vegetables and the tuna to the semolina. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Chop the parsley and mint, add them to the salad and mix well.
  4. Seasoning: Salt and pepper to taste, then mix again.
  5. Refrigeration: Cover the bowl and let the tabbouleh sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
