Smoked salmon and tuna flans

Ingredients :

1 leek
Olive oil
150 g of smoked salmon
1 can of tuna
2 eggs
10 g cornstarch
2OO g of milk
5O g grated parmesan
Chive
Salt and pepper

Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180°
In a pan, brown the sliced ​​leek in olive oil (5 mins).
Cut the salmon into small pieces and drain the can of tuna.
Put them in the pan with the leek.
Cook for a few minutes.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, cornstarch, milk, chives and parmesan.
Put the two preparations together and mix.
Fill the small molds.
Cook for 15 minutes.
