Gluten-free chocolate fondants

Ingredients for 6 ramekins

:

200g dark chocolate
5 eggs
120 g of sugar
50g butter
2 tablespoons of gluten-free flour

Preparing gluten-free chocolate fondants

Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan.
Mix the eggs, sugar and flour and add the chocolate butter mixture.
Pour 1/3 of the preparation into ramekins.
Place 2 squares of chocolate in 1/3 and cover with the dough.
Bake at (210° th 7), 12 minutes.
