Ingredients :

  • Shortbread : 1 roll
  • Dark chocolate : 200g
  • Peanut butter : 150g
  • Liquid cream : 200ml
  • Butter : 50g
  • Icing sugar : 50g (for decoration)

Preparation :

  1. Base preparation : Spread the shortcrust pastry in a tart mold and prick it with a fork. Preheat the oven to 180°C and blind bake the dough for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Chocolate ganache : In a saucepan, heat the liquid cream without bringing it to the boil. Remove from the heat, add the chocolate into pieces and mix until smooth. Then add the butter in small cubes and mix again.
  3. Dressing the pie : Pour a thin layer of peanut butter on the precooked tart base. Then cover with the chocolate ganache.
  4. Finalization : Place the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that it sets well. Before serving, sprinkle the top with icing sugar using a small strainer.
